Location: Victoria Island, Lagos Salary: Negotiable Job Summary: Anoka & Associates is seeking a highly experienced Senior Counsel with strong expertise in litigation and debt recovery to manage complex legal matters and deliver strategic legal solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage litigation cases from initiation to resolution.
• Handle debt recovery, enforcement, and related proceedings.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Supervise and mentor junior associates Key Requirements:

• Qualified legal practitioner with a valid practicing license
• Minimum of 12 years post-call experience Strong, proven experience in litigation and debt recovery (MANDATORY)
• Demonstrated track record of handling recovery cases and court proceedings Excellent advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills
