Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Admin/Secretary to provide administrative and executive support, ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage office administration and facilities
• Support the Managing Director with scheduling and correspondence
• Maintain records of company assets and documents
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics
• Ensure efficient communication within the organization
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration or related field
• 3–5 years experience in administrative or secretarial role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
