Front Desk / Administrative Officer with 3-5years relevant experience

Location: Lagos

Pay : 300-350k


The Front Desk / Administrative Officer is responsible for managing the reception area, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The role involves handling visitors, managing calls, coordinating office activities, and supporting staff and management with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, parcels, and deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documents properly.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required.
  • Support HR and accounts with basic administrative tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information at all times.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. 3–5 years experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
  2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Professional appearance and attitude.
