The Front Desk / Administrative Officer is responsible for managing the reception area, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The role involves handling visitors, managing calls, coordinating office activities, and supporting staff and management with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, parcels, and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents properly.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required.
- Support HR and accounts with basic administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information at all times.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and attitude.
