The BPS Graduate Training Program is a 12-month structured development initiative aimed at nurturing our next generation of talent. As a Graduate Trainee, you will rotate across two business functions, spending six months in each, and gain hands-on experience in how BPS operates.
At the end of the program, top-performing participants will be offered permanent roles within BPS. We are committed to identifying and developing high-potential individuals, those with the right mindset and attitude, and growing them into key contributors within our team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on your assigned department or business function and the nature of the team’s work. Throughout the program, you will be expected to:

Fluency in French
What the Recruitment Process Looks Like
- Step 1 – Application & Online Questionnaire: Submit your CV and complete an online questionnaire (35 questions) covering critical thinking, numerical reasoning, and verbal reasoning.
- Step 2 – Take-Home Excel Test: Shortlisted applicants will complete a practical Microsoft Excel test designed to assess data formatting, basic formula use, and problem-solving approach.
- Step 3 – Technical Assessments: Shortlisted candidates who progress will complete a set of online general technical assessments, along with a personality test.
- Step 4 – HR & Culture Fit Interview: Selected candidates will meet with the Talent Acquisition team to discuss their experience, motivations, and overall fit with BPS culture and the program.
- Step 5 – Technical & Team Fit Interview: Final candidates will meet with the hiring team to determine mutual fit: ultimately, whether we want to work together.
