Key Responsibilities for Assistant Examinations Officer
- Provide general administrative support to examination departments
- Assist in the processing and management of examination records and documents
- Support registration, scheduling, and distribution of examination materials
- Perform data entry, verification, and updating of candidate information
- Help in the preparation and organization of examination centres
- Render clerical and secretarial support during peak examination periods
- Utilize computer systems and software for daily operations
- Carry out any other assigned general duties
- National Diploma (ND) or Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) from a recognized institution
- Must be computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Five (5) credits in SSCE/WASSCE including English Language and Mathematics at one sitting or six (6) credits at not more than two (2) sittings
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
