As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for providing passengers with maximum comfort and excellent service through courtesy, efficiency, thoughtfulness, and professional assistance throughout the journey.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in any discipline
Must have completed NYSC or possess an Exemption Certificate
Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an added advantage)
Excellent health and fitness level
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Pleasant personality with the ability to work in a multicultural environment

- Uphold all safety and service standards in line with NCAA cabin crew regulations
- Report incidents, occurrences, or observations to the flight commander
- Manage onboard cabin services effectively
- Maintain proper decorum and professional conduct while in uniform
- Conduct comprehensive pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings
- Ensure cabin safety and security throughout flights
- Represent the airline positively as a brand ambassador at all times
