- Position: Research and Learning Associate
- Location: Remote
- Contract Duration: 3–6 months (with potential for extension)
- Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year
- Application Deadline: 30th April, 2026
- Travel: Occasional travel to Northern Nigeria (about once per year)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of research and impact evaluations
- Assist with survey development, testing, and data collection processes
- Review and validate research data to ensure quality and accuracy
- Conduct literature reviews and analyze findings to guide program decisions
- Coordinate with research partners and internal teams
- Prepare reports and communicate research insights clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- At least 2 years of experience in research, impact evaluation, or related work
- Strong understanding of research methods such as randomized controlled trials (RCTs)
- Experience with digital data collection tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong interest in public health or social impact programs
- Experience working on research or evaluation projects in NGOs or consulting organizations
- Familiarity with survey design, sampling, or data analysis methods
- Experience working in Nigeria or sub-Saharan Africa
- Knowledge of global health or immunization programs
