The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products, including building materials, mattresses, and other goods.
The role requires direct customer interaction, market intelligence gathering, and excellent service delivery to maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to existing and potential customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Conduct daily field visits (minimum of 5 customers per day) and keep accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service and respond professionally to inquiries
- Gather and report competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends
- Track shipments and ensure timely payment collection
- Resolve post-purchase issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed sales activity and customer feedback records
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good negotiation and customer service skills
- Basic record-keeping and reporting ability
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations
