Job Summary
- We are seeking smart, energetic, and goal-driven candidates for our Management Trainee Program in Apapa.
- The program is designed to develop young professionals into high-performing sales and business development executives through structured training, field engagement, mentorship, and performance management.
- Successful candidates will gain practical experience in customer acquisition, relationship management, market expansion, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in intensive training sessions and onboarding activities.
- Drive customer acquisition and promote company products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Support daily sales and business development operations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on customer trends.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Represent the organization professionally during client engagements.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall business performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Sales-driven mindset with good negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proactive, confident, and result-oriented.
- Previous sales experience is an added advantage but not compulsory.
