- Our client, an established Auto-Spare Parts retailer in Lagos, is seeking smart and customer-focused candidates to join its team as a Customer Service Graduate Trainee.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints
- Process orders and provide product information
- Maintain positive customer relationships
- Support daily administrative and customer service operations.
Requirements
- B.Sc/HND in any relevant discipline
- 0–1 year experience in customer service or related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and customer handling ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an added advantage
- Candidates must reside in or around Surulere and its environs
