Implemented by LEAP Africa and supported by the Nigeria Youth Futures Fund, this programme combines structured learning, mentorship, and real-world execution.

About the Programme

N-PAL is built as an integrated pipeline that combines:

Digital Policy Advocacy Academy for foundational knowledge in policy, governance, and advocacy
Innovation Lab for hands-on design and implementation of real solutions

Participants don’t just learn — they analyze, design, and execute.
