Requirements for the PCCN Energy Graduate Trainee Program 2026
- B.Sc. or B.Eng in Electrical Engineering
- NYSC completed or exemption certificate
- Strong interest in power generation and industrial operations
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Previous technical or industrial experience is an added advantage
