Sahel Capital is recruiting Graduate Trainee Analysts to support investment analysis, market research, and transaction execution within its food and agriculture investment operations.
The programme provides structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to private equity and private debt investment activities.
- Prepare investment appraisal documents
- Conduct market, industry, and company research
- Support transaction execution and portfolio monitoring
- Prepare PowerPoint and Word reports for investment analysis
- Support value creation initiatives within portfolio companies
- Work with senior management on strategic projects

- NYSC completion is mandatory
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- CFA Level I passed or currently progressing is preferred
- Hands-on experience in investment analysis
