Applications are now open for the 2026 ITF-NECA Technical Skills Development Programme, a specialized vocational training initiative jointly organized by the Industrial Training Fund (ITF), the Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA), and Nigerian Breweries Plc.
The programme is designed to equip talented young Nigerians with practical technical skills and industry experience in high-demand fields, enhancing their employability and contributing to Nigeria’s industrial development.

About the Programme
Qualified young Nigerians with strong academic backgrounds, good character, and a passion for technical excellence are invited to apply for an intensive training programme in the following areas:
- Mechanical/Automation Maintenance and Engineering
- Quality Assurance
- Logistics and Distribution
The programme combines classroom learning with hands-on industrial training, providing participants with the technical competencies required to excel in modern manufacturing and supply chain operations.

Eligibility Requirements
For Mechanical, Automation, Packaging, Brewing & Utilities, Operations, and Corrective Maintenance
Applicants must possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) with a minimum of Lower Credit in any of the following disciplines:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Metallurgical Engineering
- Industrial Maintenance Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Automation Engineering
- Production Engineering
- Industrial Physics
- Instrumentation Engineering
- Computer Engineering
For Quality and Logistics Operations
Applicants must possess a National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit in any of the following disciplines:
- Chemical Engineering
- Biological Sciences
- Physical Sciences
- Food Science and Technology
- Laboratory Science Technology
- Applied Physics
Additional Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme as of the date of application
- Demonstrate strong learning potential and commitment to technical excellence
