About the Graduate Programme
The CrossAfrique Hydrogen Graduate Programme is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about clean energy, hydrogen, sustainability, project development, and African energy markets.
The programme provides participants with practical exposure to Africa’s growing clean energy sector through hands-on work, industry learning, and involvement in impactful projects that support the continent’s energy transition.
Selected participants will work within specialized role tracks and gain experience that prepares them for careers in the renewable energy and sustainability ecosystem.

Role Track Overview
Project Development Associate
Participants in this track will support the development and execution of clean energy and hydrogen-related projects. Associates will gain exposure to project planning, stakeholder engagement, research, implementation support, and project coordination.
Business & Financial Analyst
Participants will contribute to business analysis, market research, financial modelling, and commercial assessments. This track is suited to individuals interested in the financial and economic aspects of clean energy development.
Capacity Building & Innovation Associate
Participants will support learning initiatives, innovation programs, stakeholder engagement activities, knowledge-sharing projects, and ecosystem development efforts aimed at strengthening Africa’s clean energy workforce.
