Data Analyst ( Full-time )

Grupp is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join their team. In this fast-paced fintech environment, the ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions, optimize operations, and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and Tableau
  • Write efficient queries using SQL (PostgreSQL) to extract and manipulate data
  • Work with MongoDB to retrieve and analyze unstructured and semi-structured data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular performance reports
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst role with at least 1 year in fintech or financial services
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL)
  • Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Experience using Tableau for data visualization
  • Working knowledge of MongoDB
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Nice to have:

  • Experience in fintech, banking, or payments industry
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines
  • Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
  • Understanding of financial metrics and reporting

Product Manager– Online Payments ( Hybrid )

As a Senior Product Manager (Online Payments), you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Grupp’s online payments platform, including their payment gateway and associated merchant experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Grupp’s online payments portfolio
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends that can drive growth
  • Align product priorities with company objectives and long-term business strategy.

Product Discovery & Customer Insights

  • Conduct product discovery activities and competitive analysis
  • Validate assumptions using customer feedback, analytics, and experimentation
  • Translate customer needs into clear product opportunities and solutions

Product Delivery & Execution

  • Own and prioritise the product backlog
  • Lead initiatives from concept through launch and post-launch optimisation
  • Balance customer value, technical complexity, business impact, and delivery timelines

Payments Product Ownership

  • Drive the evolution of Grupp’s payment gateway and online payment experiences
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure products meet regulatory and operational requirements
  • Support the development of scalable payment infrastructure and merchant-facing capabilities

Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders at all levels
  • Build strong relationships across Product, Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams
  • Facilitate alignment and decision-making across cross-functional teams

Data & Performance

  • Define and track key product and business metrics
  • Use quantitative and qualitative insights to drive decision-making
  • Establish feedback loops that enable continuous product improvement and optimisation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in payments, fintech, banking, financial services, or transaction platforms
  • Demonstrated experience owning and delivering complex digital products from strategy through execution
  • Strong understanding of payment gateways, online payments, transaction processing, merchant services, or payment infrastructure
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams to deliver technical products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to influence decisions and drive alignment across teams

Success In This Role 

Within your first 12 months, you will:

  • Establish a clear and actionable roadmap for Grupp’s online payments portfolio
  • Deliver measurable improvements in payment conversion, reliability, and merchant experience
  • Drive adoption and growth of Grupp’s domestic and international payment capabilities
  • Launch high-impact initiatives that contribute directly to transaction volume and revenue growth
  • Build strong partnerships across the organisation and become the recognised product leader for online payments
