About the Role:
We require a competent HR professional who can support consulting assignments across recruitment, payroll administration, employee documentation, performance management support, HR advisory and general people-management projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and professional networks
- Administer payroll, maintain employee records, and ensure basic HR compliance
- Support performance management systems and staff appraisal processes
- Handle documentation, writing, and reporting across client assignments
- Manage multiple client HR projects with speed and accuracy

Experience: 3-5 years practical HR experience
Salary Range: ₦300,000 - ₦350,000/month
