NCDMB Digital Transformation & New Technology Training Programme 2026 for Nigerian Students


Applications are now open for the NCDMB Digital Transformation & New Technology Training Programme, a specialized digital research capacity development initiative designed to equip Nigerian undergraduate students with cutting-edge technology skills, advanced research methodologies, and industry-relevant digital competencies.


The programme, themed Catch the Researcher Young Programme (CRYP), is designed to prepare young talents for the future of innovation, digital transformation, and advanced technology development through structured virtual learning, expert mentorship, practical research experience, and technology-focused capacity building.


Implemented by the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) in partnership with CypherCrescent Limited, the programme aims to develop a new generation of digitally skilled researchers, innovators, and technology professionals capable of contributing to Nigeria’s knowledge economy and industrial growth.

  • 400 Level Undergraduate Students
  • Students currently undergoing Industrial Training (IT)
  • Students studying Science, Engineering, and Technology-related disciplines
  • Students enrolled in Public Universities across Nigeria

Mandatory Requirements


Applicants must:


  • Be a member of a recognized student-related association
  • Be registered with NOGIC-JQS
  • Have access to a laptop computer
  • Have reliable internet connectivity
  • Possess a CGPA of 3.5 and above in their most recent academic session


NOGIC-JQS Registration


Interested applicants who do not yet have a NOGIC-JQS Competency ID are required to register before submitting their application.
