About the Roles
Route to Market & Sales Capability Manager
This role focuses on strengthening distribution networks, improving market coverage, enhancing sales effectiveness, and developing the capabilities of sales teams across the organization. The successful candidate will lead sales training initiatives, channel optimization strategies, and commercial performance improvement programs.
Sales Operations Manager
The Sales Operations Manager will oversee sales support systems, distribution processes, fleet coordination, reporting, operational efficiency, credit control, and performance monitoring across various sales regions.
Fleet Officer
The Fleet Officer will coordinate vehicle operations, maintenance schedules, transportation logistics, fleet documentation, fuel monitoring, compliance activities, and overall fleet efficiency.
Admin Officer
The Admin Officer will support administrative operations, facility management, documentation processes, office coordination, vendor management, and general business support functions.
Lead, Talent Management
This position is responsible for workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development, succession planning, employee engagement, career development, performance management, and overall talent strategy implementation.
Regulatory Tax Officer
The Regulatory Tax Officer will oversee tax compliance, statutory remittances, tax planning initiatives, tax audits, regulatory filings, and interactions with government agencies and tax authorities.
