The uLesson Builders Fellowship is a highly competitive leadership development programme created for exceptional graduates and early-career professionals with the potential to become future business leaders.
The fellowship is designed to provide participants with broad business exposure through structured rotations, strategic projects, executive mentorship, and hands-on problem solving.

Fellows will work closely with different teams across the organization while contributing to initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and educational impact across Africa.
The programme combines practical work experience, leadership development, and direct exposure to business decision-making.
Fellowship Structure
Phase 1: 3-Month Residency
Fellows participate in an intensive residency programme involving hands-on learning and exposure across multiple teams and business functions.
Phase 2: 18-Month Strategic Placement
Fellows move into strategic roles where they work on stretch assignments, lead projects, and develop the capabilities required to become future leaders within the organization.
What Fellows Will Do
- Participate in structured cross-functional rotations across Product, Growth, Operations, Strategy, and other business functions.
- Work on high-impact projects and innovation initiatives that contribute to organizational growth.
- Analyse business challenges and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve products, processes, and customer experiences.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of innovative ideas.
- Engage with senior leaders and gain exposure to strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability in delivering projects and responsibilities.
- Contribute to expanding access to quality education across Africa.
- Develop leadership, execution, and problem-solving capabilities through mentorship and practical experience.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Possess a First Class Honours degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Hold a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption letter.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Show evidence of exceptional academic, leadership, extracurricular, or professional achievements.
- Possess strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Have the ambition to build, innovate, and lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Align strongly with uLesson’s mission and values.
Benefits
Monthly Net Salary: ₦650,000
