Responsibilities
- Monitor delivery officers throughout assigned trips to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Assist in tracking truck movements using GPS and fleet management systems.
- Support the resolution of delivery delays, route deviations, and operational disruptions.
- Liaise with delivery officers to obtain real-time updates on delivery progress.
- Monitor turnaround times and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support the preparation of daily fleet status reports and operational dashboards.
- Record trip data accurately for performance analysis and decision-making.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years post-graduation experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- NYSC completion certificate or exemption certificate.
- Ability to work in Ikeja, Ota, Aba, or Enugu.
