Job Responsibilities
As a Shopify/Gorgias Customer Support Agent, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, refunds, and account-related concerns.
- Manage support tickets using Shopify and Gorgias.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and friendly customer service.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and support procedures to provide consistent assistance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- At least one year of remote or online customer support experience, preferably in e-commerce.
- Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar customer support platforms (preferred).
- The ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations efficiently.
