Eligibility Requirements for the HCP Graduate Analysts Programme 2026
- A minimum of 5 credits (including Mathematics and English).
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, Business Administration, Educational Psychology, or a related discipline with a minimum of Second Class Honours).
- 0–3 years of relevant work experience (including internships or NYSC).
- Must not be above 28 years
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A passion for learning, innovation, teamwork, and delivering excellence.
- CIPM certification or evidence of ongoing certification will be an added advantage.
