The National Directorate of Employment (NDE) has opened applications for the Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI) Phase 3, a nationwide programme designed to equip unemployed Nigerians with technical, vocational, entrepreneurial, and digital skills that promote sustainable employment and self-reliance.
The initiative aims to train approximately 21,824 participants across Nigeria through fully funded skills development programmes, offering beneficiaries access to vocational training, financial stipends, certification, and start-up support in selected high-demand sectors.
The programme is available across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), reinforcing the government’s commitment to reducing unemployment and expanding economic opportunities through practical skills acquisition.
