About the Role
The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted operational partner to the CEO, ensuring that schedules, communications, meetings, projects, and administrative activities are effectively coordinated and executed.
The role combines traditional executive support responsibilities with project coordination, stakeholder management, business communication, and administrative oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itinerary planning.
- Attend executive meetings, take minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
- Prepare presentations, executive summaries, proposals, and briefing materials.
- Draft and refine reports, board updates, and official correspondence.
- Screen, draft, and respond to emails and messages on behalf of the CEO.
- Escalate urgent and high-priority matters requiring executive attention.
- Maintain tracking systems for tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams, partners, investors, and external stakeholders.
