Key Responsibilities

• Support the sourcing and procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Assist in supplier identification, evaluation, and relationship management.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and other procurement documentation.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and follow up on outstanding purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure proper documentation.
• Support inventory management and stock reconciliation activities.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s procurement policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform other procurement and supply chain-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or Lower Credit.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
• Must be willing to work in Lagos or Sagamu.
