Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on investment portfolios and wealth management strategies.
- Develop personalized investment solutions based on clients’ financial goals.
- Market and sell CardinalStone’s investment products and services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive customer acquisition and increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Prospect for new business opportunities.
- Monitor financial markets and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
- Support client retention through excellent relationship management.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1).
- Have completed NYSC.
- Have 1–3 years of client-facing or sales experience.
- Be no older than 26 years at their next birthday.
- Be passionate about sales and financial services.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Be customer-focused, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
