We are seeking qualified candidates to join our 2027 Graduate Trainee Programme.
Our Graduate Trainee seeks to attract young, exceptional and result-oriented university graduates to step into the future with us in the following functions:
- Breeding Operations
- Broiler Production
- Veterinary Management
- Feed milling
- Sales (Day old Chicks, Fish Feed, Poultry Equipment, Aquaculture)
- Engineering
- Finance
- Chicken Processing
- Human Resources/Admin
- Minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree or Upper Credit in: Agriculture, Animal Science, Aquaculture, Food Science Or another related field.
- Strong interest in agribusiness, sustainable food systems, innovation and operational excellence.
- An inquisitive and proactive mindset, with willingness to learn, adapt and contribute in a practical and evolving business environment.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
