Key Requirements & Eligibility

To be eligible for the Dangote Fertiliser Engineer Trainee program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

 * Educational Qualification:

  •  B.Eng / B.Tech in relevant Engineering disciplines with a Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2), OR
  • HND in relevant Engineering disciplines with a Minimum of Upper Credit.

 * Age Eligibility: Must not be more than 30 years old as of January 2027 (Date of Birth must be on or after 1st February 1997).

 * NYSC: Must have completed NYSC (Discharged or Exempted).

 * Technical & Personal Skills:

  •  Strong academic record and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

 * Work Environment: Must be willing to work in a fertiliser plant environment (including shifts).

 * Experience: Relevant experience is an advantage, but not required.
