Job Description
Kreston Pedabo is accepting applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme. This three-month onsite programme is designed to provide graduates with practical experience in tax compliance, audit procedures, client documentation, and professional accounting standards while preparing them for a successful career in professional services.
Responsibilities
- Support tax compliance activities
- Participate in audit fieldwork and engagements
- Prepare and maintain audit working papers
- Assist with financial record reconciliation
- Conduct financial analysis and tax research
- Prepare client documentation and reports
- Apply accounting principles in assigned tasks
- Use Microsoft Excel and other tools to support engagements
- Work under supervision while meeting project deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) in Accounting or a related social or management discipline
- Non-Accounting graduates must be enrolled with ICAN or ACCA
- Minimum of five O'Level credits obtained in one sitting
- Must have completed NYSC or be due to complete it before October 2026
- Must not be more than 28 years old as of October 2026
- Strong interest in building a career in tax, audit, and professional services
- Excellent numerical, analytical, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Lagos and learn under supervision
