Newcross Exploration & Production Limited is inviting applications from qualified graduates for its 2026 Technical Graduate Trainee Programme.
The programme is designed to provide recent graduates with practical technical experience through structured training, mentorship, cross-functional rotations, and hands-on exposure to Nigeria’s oil and gas exploration and production industry.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 12–18-month technical development programme.
- Gain hands-on experience by contributing to live projects.
- Complete cross-functional rotations across technical departments.
- Work under the guidance of experienced mentors and coaches.
- Develop the technical and professional skills required to support company operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or HND with Upper Credit.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- 0–2 years of post-qualification work experience.
- Good digital proficiency.
- Willingness to work across operational and field locations.
