Pinnacle Oil and Gas Ltd is recruiting qualified candidates for four positions across its terminal and service station operations in Nigeria.

The available roles cover dispatch operations, stock management, cash handling and cashiering, offering candidates an opportunity to gain valuable experience within Nigeria’s downstream oil and gas sector.

Available Positions

1. Dispatch Officer – Warri Terminal


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the dispatch of loaded trucks and ensure delivery schedules are met.
  • Issue loading tickets, waybills and other dispatch documentation.
  • Prepare daily truck-out and dispatch reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile daily product movements.
  • Ensure dispatch activities comply with operational controls, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support product loading operations and ensure timely dispatches to retail outlets.
  • Liaise with third-party throughput customers on waybill issuance and daily reconciliation.

2. Cash & Stock Officer – Agbani Service Station

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and record daily lubricant stock levels.
  • Receive and verify product deliveries against waybills, loading documents and purchase orders.
  • Record stock movements, including transfers, returns and adjustments.
  • Collect, count, record, bank and safeguard daily cash sales.
  • Prepare daily and monthly POS reconciliation reports.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports for the finance team.
  • Identify and report stock discrepancies, variances, losses or suspected theft.
3. Cash Officer – Makurdi Service Station

Responsibilities:
  • Collect, count, record and bank daily cash sales.
  • Safeguard all cash collected at the station.
  • Prepare daily and monthly POS reconciliation reports.
  • Monitor fuel attendants regarding cash collection on the forecourt.
  • Manage station petty-cash disbursements and reimbursement requests.
  • Respond to POS chargeback emails and provide the required support.

4. Cashier – Ikota Service Station

Responsibilities:
  • Collect, count, record and bank daily cash sales.
  • Safeguard cash collected and coordinate cash tracking with Bankers Warehouse.
  • Prepare daily and monthly POS reconciliation reports.
  • Monitor fuel attendants regarding cash collection.
  • Manage petty-cash disbursements and reimbursement applications.
  • Respond to POS chargeback emails and provide required support.
Requirements
  • BSc or HND for the available positions.
  • BSc or HND in Accounting is required for the Cash Officer and Cashier positions.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience is required for the Cash & Stock Officer, Cash Officer and Cashier positions.
  • ACA or ACCA certification is an added advantage for cash-related roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
