- Phase 1 – Rotational Development (6 Months): Trainees rotate across multiple business functions and departments to gain a broad understanding of the company's operations, culture, and value chain.
- Phase 2 – Specialised Development (18 Months): Trainees are assigned to a specific discipline aligned with their strengths and career interests, where they undergo intensive technical and professional development.
- Participate actively in all rotational assignments across designated departments
- Support project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of oilfield service operations
- Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world operational challenges
- Attend and complete all required training sessions, workshops, and assessments
- Adhere to the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve processes and service delivery
- Prepare and present progress reports to HRBP and Functioning Line Manager

Eligibility / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Petroleum, Civil, Pipeline, Piping, Process), Accounting, Technical Safety, ESG or other relevant disciplines from a recognised institution
- Minimum of Second-Class Lower (2:2)
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
- Team-oriented with a passion for learning and professional growth
- No prior full-time work experience required
