The Decagon Undergraduate Honors Program identifies exceptional young Nigerians and invests four years in developing them, degree, career training, mentorship, and community — into the professionals this country needs.
Every Decagon scholar receives more than tuition. The programme runs for all four years of their degree — structured career training, a professional community, mentorship, and access to real work.
Eligibility Requirement for the Decagon Undergraduate Honors Program 2026
All criteria must be met before submitting your application.
- JAMB score of 250 or above
- You must have scored at least 250 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
- Nigerian citizen
- Applicants must be Nigerian citizens currently residing in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated financial need
- The scholarship is designed for students who cannot independently fund a university education.
- Seeking undergraduate admission
- You must be applying for or have received an offer for an undergraduate degree programme at a Nigerian university.
Full tuition
- Fees paid directly to the institution each semester against verified enrolment. No cash to individuals. No detours.
- A four-year online programme running alongside the degree. Core courses in professionalism, critical thinking, business writing, project management, and ethical AI — plus one chosen specialisation: Tech, Design, Growth Marketing, or Entrepreneurship.
- From Year 3, scholars join a verified professional community. Digital badge, LinkedIn Scholar status, peer groups, and monthly fireside chats with industry leaders.
- Structured mentorship with professionals from Nigeria’s business and technology community. Runs throughout the programme.
- Access to internships, vacation jobs, freelance projects, and volunteer roles — curated for Decagon scholars throughout their degree.
- All scholars participate in structured leadership development that runs alongside their academic programme from Year 1.
