The Ideal Candidate:

To succeed in these roles, you will need to demonstrate strong expertise in inventory management, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

Here’s what we are looking for:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse and inventory management. Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is strongly preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of warehouse and inventory management, stock control, and reconciliation procedures.
• Strong understanding of FIFO/FEFO principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Previous experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and inventory management tools is a distinct advantage.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and standard warehouse documentation.

• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• (For Supervisor Role only): Must have previous supervisory experience, along with strong skills in people management, communication, and teamwork.

Remuneration (Gross per Month):

• Supervisor: ₦500,000 - ₦600,000
• Officer: ₦300,000 - ₦350,000

• Primary Location: Sango-Ota, Ogun State
