The Role
- Own full-cycle recruiting for our law firm clients
- Recruit paralegals, legal assistants, intake specialists, case managers, bookkeepers, and other support roles
- Source, screen, shortlist, and manage pipelines end to end
- Deeply understand each client’s law type, expectations, urgency, and personality
- Send high-quality candidates consistently — not just available ones
- Move fast without sacrificing standards

What You’ll Do
- Run sourcing across Latin America, Philippines, South Africa, and other global markets
- Screen candidates for legal foundation, communication, judgment, and critical thinking
- Assess mindset, urgency, and ownership — not just resume experience
- Maintain multiple open roles at once without dropping momentum
- Partner with Operations and Client Success to ensure hiring aligns with retention
- Improve sourcing systems and recruiting efficiency continuously
- Protect client experience by never sending weak candidates
- Keep pipelines organized, updated, and moving

Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (staffing or agency preferred)
- Experience recruiting for legal roles is a strong plus
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong judgment and candidate assessment ability
- Comfort working across global talent pools
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Comfortable with Slack, Google Workspace, ATS tools, etc.

Pay: ₦1,108,400.00 - ₦2,078,250.00 per month
