Job Description
You will be the tip of the spear for our clients’ sales operations. Making 80 to 120 outbound calls daily to US business owners, presenting digital marketing services, overcoming objections in real time, and closing deals on the phone. This is not customer service or lead qualification. This is a closing role. You take cold prospects from “who is this?” to “let’s do it” in a single conversation. Every day. Repeatedly. We want naturally competitive people who are financially motivated and completely unfazed by hearing “no” dozens of times a day.

Salary is ₦200,000 monthly with performance incentives included for those that qualify.
Responsibilities:
- 80 to 120 outbound calls per day to US business owners across multiple verticals
- Delivering a conversational pitch that communicates value within the first 30 seconds
- Identifying pain points through active listening, tailoring pitch to specific challenges
- Handling price, timing, and trust objections with confidence and persistence
- Systematic follow-ups using phone, email, SMS, and CRM cadences
- Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently
- Real-time CRM logging of every call, outcome, and follow-up action
- Daily huddles, weekly 1-on-1s, monthly performance reviews
- Continuously refining pitch from coaching and call data
- Sharing winning strategies with the sales team
- Aggressive, competitive, financially motivated
- Exceptional spoken English, American accent strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year outbound sales or cold calling experience
- Handles rejection without losing energy or motivation
- Self-starter, owns numbers without micromanagement
- Comfortable working US business hours (9am to 6pm EST/CST)
- Coachable and always improving
- Familiar with CRM tools and VoIP dialers
