The program begins in November 2026 and includes a fellowship period in Germany with the potential for permanent employment in Bosch locations in Africa.

AFRIKA KOMMT! Fellowship Eligibility Criteria
  • Applicants must be from Morocco, South Africa, or Egypt (depending on the profile)
  • For Product Specialist: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics (focus on Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Business Strategy) or technical degree related to Technical Consumer Goods
  • For Product Specialist: Experience in marketing and/or sales within the automotive or similar sector
  • For Product Specialist: Experience in building up and developing new or existing product ranges
  • For Product Specialist: Experience in development of new business, marketing strategy or market controlling
  • For Technical Market Access: Bachelor or Master in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, ideally with additional knowledge in business administration
  • For Technical Market Access: Ability and ideally experience in deriving requirements from technical regulation
  • For Technical Market Access: Experience in technical project management and task tracking
  • For Sales & Marketing Specialist: Master’s degree in economics, management, or engineering (focus on industrial products and manufacturing, sales, business development, business strategy)
  • For Sales & Marketing Specialist: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, business development, or technical roles within a B2B or industrial environment
  • For Sales & Marketing Specialist: Experience supporting market research, customer analysis, or competitive intelligence activities
  • For Sales & Marketing Specialist: Initial exposure to industrial products, technical solutions, or engineering-driven environments
  • For Sales & Marketing Specialist: Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, sales, engineering, service)
  • For Sales & Marketing Specialist: Experience operating in multicultural or international work environments
  • For Sales & Marketing Specialist: French and English, spoken and written on a professional level; Arabic and German is a plus
