Job Responsibilities
- Assist with candidate sourcing and recruitment activities
- Screen CVs and schedule interviews
- Conduct research on job roles and industries
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Assist in managing company emails and calendars
- Follow up with candidates and clients professionally
- Maintain recruitment databases and records
Requirements
- Minimum of a B.Sc Degree or HND from a recognized institution
- Currently serving or about to begin NYSC
- Posted in Lagos or willing to relocate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and ability to multitask
- Must reside around Ogudu, Lagos and its axis
- Previous experience in HR, customer service, administration, or sales is an advantage.
