ROLE OVERVIEW

The Site Architect will coordinate and supervise on-site interior project execution, ensuring projects are delivered according to design intent, quality standards, timelines, and budget expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise interior fit-out and construction activities on-site
• Coordinate contractors, artisans, vendors, and suppliers
• Ensure accurate implementation of drawings and specifications
• Monitor quality, timelines, and workmanship
• Resolve technical and site-related issues
• Prepare site reports and progress updates
• Ensure site safety and compliance standards are maintained

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
• 3–5 years experience in site supervision/interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of interior detailing and construction
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
