Responsibilities
- Support customer service and client relationship activities

- Ensure positive customer experience and service delivery
Requirements
- BA/BSc/HND qualification
- NYSC completion required
- 1–3 years experience for Client Services Representative role
- 2–3 years experience for Retail Relationship Manager role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service and relationship management knowledge
- Basic understanding of digital banking operations
- Must be tech-savvy and customer-focused
