DIS Innovation Limited is hiring a Virtual Assistant – Internal Brand Agent to support internal operations while helping maintain the company’s voice, culture, and communication flow.

Job Summary

This role combines administration, communication, and culture-building. You’ll help keep the team organized, ensure smooth internal communication, and support a strong, consistent brand identity within the company.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and team coordination
  • Support internal communication across tools like Slack and email
  • Document meetings, notes, and follow-ups
  • Assist with onboarding and internal processes
  • Create internal content (updates, newsletters, announcements)
  • Organize workflows, files, and team activities
  • Identify gaps and suggest improvements
Requirements
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or Trello
Nice to Have
  1. Startup experience
  2. Basic knowledge of branding and internal communications
  3. Content creation or writing skills
  4. Strong interpersonal and team engagement abilities
