The 2026 Women in Power Trainee Program aims to attract a diverse group of young and brilliant female electrical engineering graduates to be developed into strong solar engineering industry leaders. we are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the renewable energy sector.
About the Programme
The Women in Power Trainee Program is a structured one-year training initiative aimed at attracting talented female electrical engineering graduates and preparing them for long-term careers in renewable energy.
Participants will receive practical training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world solar engineering projects while developing the technical and professional competencies needed to excel in the industry.
The programme is specifically designed to accelerate the growth of young female engineers and provide a pathway into one of the fastest-growing sectors globally.

Who Can Apply?

- Completion of NYSC
- 0–2 years of work experience
