Simba Group Nigeria, a leading conglomerate established in 1988 with operations in transportation, power, and IT-enabled services, is hiring a Sales Executive for two-wheeler products.
The role involves field sales, dealer relationship management, and market expansion across assigned territories nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for two-wheeler products
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, sub-dealers, fleet buyers, and retail customers
- Identify and onboard new dealers, expand retail distribution networks
- Conduct field visits to promote products, generate leads, and close sales
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments
- Execute promotional campaigns to boost brand visibility
- Support dealers with inventory planning, merchandising, and retail activations
- Collaborate with after-sales and logistics teams for efficient delivery
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the automobile industry (two-wheeler or three-wheeler preferred)
- Experience with brands such as Bajaj, TVS, Qlink, Honda, or similar
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Good understanding of motorcycle distribution networks across Nigeria
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories
