Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end financial operations, including invoice processing, payments, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities across accounts.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives for operational projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Assist during internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and support smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1).
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic data analysis and reporting functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
