Job Summary
PharmGo Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service / Fulfillment Officer to manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, provide excellent customer support, and ensure the accurate and timely delivery of inventory orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage support requests across multiple communication channels.
- Ensure proper picking, packing, and labeling of customer orders.
- Verify product details, including batch numbers, serial numbers, and expiry dates, against invoices before dispatch.
- Liaise with pharmacists for final verification and approval of orders.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and successful deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and regularly update internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues professionally and promptly.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in a relevant discipline.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using digital tools.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Hausa.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
