This contract-based opportunity is ideal for experienced sales professionals with strong leadership skills who are passionate about driving business growth while expanding access to clean energy in underserved communities across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and manage at least 10 active sales agents every month.
- Lead day-to-day field sales operations and oversee the product sales pipeline.
- Ensure accurate and timely remittance of all sales proceeds.
- Manage credit sales, including customer follow-ups and collections.
- Supervise company assets and operational tools assigned to field teams.
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Drive field sales performance while maintaining high operational standards.
- Coach and mentor sales agents on effective selling techniques and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide continuous support.
- Assist with monthly inventory audits across service centres and POS locations.
Eligibility Requirements
- ND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Previous experience in solar or renewable energy product sales is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must reside in the assigned location.
- Proficiency in English.
