Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is offering a paid PSM Internship Programme 2026 in Katsina State under the Mastercard Foundation-funded Program for Equitable Expansion of Community Health Workers (PEECH).
This internship is ideal for recent Pharmacy graduates who want to gain practical experience in supply chain management, logistics, public health programming, and project support. 

You will work with the State-based Supply Chain Management Systems (SCMS) Specialist, contribute to last-mile distribution of health commodities, and support efforts to reach over 44,000 community health workers across Nigeria.

Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening health systems, improving access to quality healthcare, and advancing public health outcomes in developing countries. Through the Mastercard Foundation-funded PEECH programme, MSH is working to reskill and upskill over 44,000 community-based health workers across Nigeria.

PSM Intern Role at MSH

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting
  • Assist with logistics for meetings, trainings, and workshops
  • Contribute to data collection, validation, and entry
  • Monitor last-mile distribution of health commodities
  • Maintain inventory records and track project resources
  • Document success stories, lessons learned, and project activities
  • Work closely with the State SCMS Specialist and implementing partners

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

MSH PSM Internship Programme Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • 0–1 year experience in public health, supply chain, or related field
  • Must be a Nigerian citizen and based in or willing to work in Katsina State
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to public health and willingness to learn
